The holiday accommodation has a separate entrance and is reached by the original steep steps [Care must be taken] of the converted warehouse constructed by the Bude Canal Company in the 1800s. It retains much of the original charm, with a contemporary feel, exposed beams and high ceilings.

The self catering holiday apartment offers Two bedrooms both with pocket sprung mattresses: 1 king size and 1 twin. A large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Open plan kitchen/dinner with electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and oak dining table & chairs. The spacious lounge has flatsreen TV/DVD with Freeview, Hi fi, cosy leather sofas and chairs as well as superb views over Bude's canal.
