We take great pride and aim to produce as much as we can from our Kitchen for you to enjoy.

Our Fruit, Vegetables & Salad is sourced as much as possible from Cornish Producers.

We support two methods of fishing - line caught & day boats (which are small boats that have smaller nets, that are only out for a day) which fish out of Bude & Looe. these methods ensure sustainability & freshness of the fish. Supplied to us from Beach House Wet Fish. Widemouth Bay.

Butchers Sausages, are made from locally reared & free range Large Black Pigs (a very lean and fit animal with a happy disposition which produces very tasty pork indeed).Supplied to us from Bude Meat Supply.

Based near Crediton in the heart of mid Devon, M C Kelly is an established business with family roots and a long tradition in the supply of quality poultry delivered to us.

We use Rape Seed Oil which has considerably lower saturated fat content than sunflower oil or olive oil, we’ve also lowered the amount of salt & butter we use.

Daisy’s Farmhouse Marhamchurch supply us with Ice cream & Sorbet made in small batches in the Italian gelato style. Gelato is an age-old delicacy that dates back thousands of years and now its back in Cornwall again! Using milk fresh from the farm they have created a fantastically creamy icecream,which is packed with delicious flavours for you to enjoy.

We use the Top Selling Lavazza Coffee Beans which are freshly ground and lovingly prepared by our trained staff to produce the best Coffee.

Semi Skimmed Milk is used in our Tea & Coffee, we also have Soya Milk if you prefer.
